Stay With Us
The inn has 9 uniquely decorated guest rooms, and can easily accommodate up to 18 guests. Each room features either a King or Queen size bed, with luxury linens, and hypo-allergenic climate friendly latex pillows. Each room has antique furnishing and touches, but with the modern amenities to make your stay comfortable. Each room has its own private bathroom, plush bathrobes and slippers, environmentally friendly bath products, Smart TV, and AC. The TVOS systems are preloaded with Hulu, Disney+, Paramount+, Peacock, Apple TV, Prime, and ESPN+ along with a few hundred IP channels.
Willoughby
Located on the first floor, featuring a large memory foam topped king bed with an ensuite bath and walk in shower. You can lay in bed and take in the lovely mountain views each morning. This room comes with a 43” smart TV to stream all of your favorite shows. This is the most accessible room. It requires 3 stairs at the entrance of the home.
Upon request, this room can accommodate a rollaway with an additional charge
Quechee
Tucked on the first floor of our historic Victorian home, offering a memory foamed topped queen bed and large private detached bath. This room has a beautiful original acid etched window looking out onto the neighboring farm field. There is an electric fireplace to keep you cozy in the winter, and a 43” Smart TV to stream your favorite shows.
Upon request, this room can accommodate a rollaway with an additional charge.
Champlain
Situated on the second floor, this room offers a one-of-a-kind Rococo style metal headboard with a luxury king size hybrid mattress. The room also has a newly renovated ensuite bath, with walk-in shower. Snuggle in bed with a cozy electric fireplace and 43” smart TV to stream all of your favorite shows.
Upon request, this room can accommodate a rollaway with an additional charge, or can be converted to two twin XL beds.
This room can also be booked along with the Warren Waitsfield Suite to create a 3 bedroom solution for larger groups of up to 6. Contact management to review different configurations.

Grafton
Located on the second floor, this bright room offers a luxury hybrid latex queen bed with an ensuite bath. Relax in bed with a cozy electric fireplace and stunning views of Bald Mountain and Mount Waitsfield. Enjoy tons of natural light from its three windows while you plan your day. Stream your favorite shows on a 43” Smart TV.

Mansfield
Located on the second floor, this room offers a king bed with luxury hybrid mattress, and a newly renovated ensuite bath with walk-in shower. Enjoy lovely unobstructed mountain views, and surrounding farmland. This Comfortable and cozy room has tons of natural light. Stream your favorite shows on a 43” Smart TV.

Montpelier
The largest guest room in the house. Located at the end of our second floor hallway, this quiet room has a King size Stickley 4 post canopy Bed with luxury hybrid matress. The ensuite bath has a traditional shower/tub combination. Enjoy a lazy morning in our luxurious bath robes and enjoying the views of the neighboring farm. Stream your favorite shows on a 43” Smart TV.

Ascutney
Our smallest and quirkiest guest room. Located on the second floor, this room has a memory foam topped queen bed with solid cherry Stickley Harvey Ellis bed frame. The private bathroom is detached, and has a full size tub. Enjoy of some unique structural elements of our original 1860 Victorian home. Stream your favorite shows with a 32” Smart TV.

Warren/Waitsfield Suite
This two bedroom suite offers two bedrooms, each with memory foam topped queen beds, and an ensuite bath, which is located in the Waitsfield room. These very private rooms have a separate entrance that can be accessed from the back deck. Great for families, or for groups traveling together. Stream your favorite shows on a 40” Smart TV.
Upon request, an additional rollaway can be added to the Waitsfield Room for an additional charge.
The suite can be transformed into a three bedroom suite with the addition of the Champlain room to sleep up to 6. Please contact management for special configuration options.
